libcfitsio was not part of a recent update.
atik_ccd_test on raspberry pi works just fine (atik driver v1.4).
It loos like that the issue exists only when atik is called from INDI. Is't this the case that the last changes to capture.cpp might be causing this - especially that you link statically to INDI?
I'm looking forward to new build to test it because the sky is really clean tonight

The driver is OK, problem is INDI itself, new base64 encoding it is incompatible with INDI protocol in the recent version

I'm building temporary atik driver for RPi containing this bug so you can use it until INDI will be fixed, but it takes some time, I have to rebuild libindi...

It will happen everywhere. Atik driver is compatible with INDI protocol, while most recent INDI itself isn't. It should work with images saved locally, but not transferred over base64 encoding.

Jasem will fix it tomorrow, in the meantime for RPi you can try this driver:
