Hi, I recently got to know this Kstars and I'm trying to make it work with my MacBook Air with High Sierra.
I'm having a bit of a problem and the most important ones are the PlateSolver and assisted polar alignment.
The Plate Solver cannot center the object because the mount does not move and
the same thing happens with polar alignment, because multiple photos have to be taken in various positions,
but the mount does not move and therefore the alignment is not successful.
The question I asked myself is: if I go to the device -> mount menu of this site, looking for Vixen
I have this result:

But this is not what I have! This is the StarBook, while I am I own the StarBook Ten!
Even if Ekos recognizes this for me and other functions are successful,
the slew for example works.
It may be that these two functions are not successful,
why is the drive not the right one?
