I have a weird problem. I have used KStars and EKOS for ages with my scope controller - indilib.org/research/articles/179-tsc-a-...cope-controller.html

INDI connects to TSC via WLAN using the LX200 Basic protocol, and this works fine. At least with everything but the latest KStars version under Ubuntu ... as soon as I connect,
KStars crashes on both a Minix Neo Z83 and my Intel NUC, both running Ubuntu 20.04. I can run a local INDI server on the TSC controller and if i connect with anything but KStars, for instance via Stellarium,
all is fine ...

If I run KStars on a Astroberry, all works fine ...

Ubuntu does not even leave a trace in the logs it just dies with a segfault, the local INDI server stays alive and keeps on polling data ...

this is probably something very simple to solve , but it is a huge nuisance

I just tried a full upgrade - this did not change the problem. then i installed the nightly build - now it works again.
