On the Diagnostics section of the Stellarmate Dashboard there are buttons for BACKUP and RESTORE.

I would be very grateful if someone could give me information or a link regarding the function of these buttons.

Are they for making a backup of Stellarmate ?. Where is the backup saved ?
The labels suggest a great tool but I had no idea of how to use it.
I am a beginner with this software and I could not find anything relevant googling.
