Scott,
You must set your equipment profile in order to connect it manually, not automatically , when Ekos starts. So, when Ekos starts, all equipment drivers will not be connected until you do it mannually. In this step, you can set the camera driver with the rigth sensor parameters. After that, all drivers mast be connected.
