I was using the latest stable version for Mac, and noticed that there is a change to the way the driver handles the CEM120 EC2.  I used to be able to manually move the scope out in the observatory and INDI/KStars would see my movements and update the system automatically, including slewing the dome.  I'm talking about unlocking the RA and Dec and manually pushing the scope to a new location.  But now, the I do that, KStars doesn't realize I manually moved the scope.  And the dome doesn't slew either.  So there's a loss of communication back from the mount to KStars when manually moving it.  That is new, and not at all desired.  When I got back to the control room I had to "home" the mount just to get it back in sync again.

Today a friend loaned me his CEM70 and I was able to fix a few issues:
1. PEC was being turned on by default.
2. The parking bug (by using a workaround).
3. Add meridian behavior tab.

It will be in nightly soon.

Hi Jasem,
By "the parking bug" are you refering to CEM70 use the "zero position" as parking?

The issue where if you park, it status never changes to Parked. I added a workaround, the firmware is still problematic.

If I set the park location in INDI panel at counterweight sideway then my cem70 park and reported parked fine.
