Stellermate on RB PI 5 was created by Bruce Morrell

i just tried installing Stellermate on a RaspBerry PI 5, with no luck. It throws an error message of the OS is not compatible with PI 5. Any suggestions??

They said it's not compatible yet. Expected for 1.8.0.

I happily updated to 1.8.0 from my pi4, and then plugged that sd to pi5 , but no boot, says os not compatible, I disabled os check but no luck.

I guess delayed to next version or?

If you join the discord, there is a public beta for testing. Based on the comments there are issues and not ready for prime time.

The only thing I have working on pi 5 is to install Armbian pi5 jammy image and then install kstars/indi using instructions for indi on ubuntu.
Presume stellarmate and astroberry is pi os based which is based on Debian.
