The problem was my Ubuntu installation. Now I solved it and I can tell you that it works perfectly for me too. Indeed, the latest implementation of the Omegon driver is richer and more complete: we can read the power supplied by the cooling Peltier cell, set the anti-dew heating power and generally set the settings more simply.
