Did you try to change offset value of the camera (your dark is captured with gain 10 and offset 0) ?
I don't have this camera, it's just a suggestion.

Hi,
How do you connect to Rpi ? If you're using wifi, you need to check frequency.
I have a setup with qhy183C and using eqmod without problems (connect to rpi by usb)
